Settle yourself amidst the chaos and uncertainty, amidst the judgement and scrutiny, but also amidst the laughter and liberty.  Feel the love you've held onto and the love you've given away. Feel the fleetingness of emotions and thoughts, the gravity of actions and words.  The thousand what ifs that have swirled through your mind, the 'I should'ves' of yesterday, and the 'I cans' of tomorrow.  Accept the absences, the loss of loved ones, the missed chances to say goodbye.  Acknowledge the ones who came through for you, staying with you through rain or shine.
